David's corporate relocation clients included Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. and Prudential Relocation, Inc. His corporate referral clients included Volvo/Mack Truck.

David is Past President of the Pen-Mar Region Association of Realtors. His service area includes Washington, Frederick and Montgomery Counties in Maryland, Franklin and Fulton Counties in Pennsylvania and Morgan, Berkley and Jefferson Counties in West Virginia.

David is a member of the Rotary Club of Hagerstown and recognized by Rotary as a Paul Harris Fellow. He has a lifelong interest in helping other people and because of this he is an Advisory Board Member of Turning Point of Washington County dedicated to promoting the health, community integration and achievement of purposeful goals of children, adolescents, adults and families by providing behavioral health and employment services. He is also an Advisory Board Member for the Washington County Department of Social Services and he is Past President for Positive Influence, a community organization providing services to individuals and families living with HIV and AIDS.

Prior to selling real estate David was employed, for 20 years, as a Professional Scouter with the Boy Scouts of America.

Because of his real estate achievements David has been recognized by the Pen-Mar Regional Association of Realtors with the Gold Plus Award and by Long & Foster with the Chairman’s Club Hall of Fame Designation.
